Information supplied with an enquiry

We collect the contact details you enter, including your name, email and, where requested, phone number. Some forms also ask about your training suburb, preferred service, message or weight-management goal. These details help us understand your request. Please do not send medical records or detailed health histories through the website.

If you choose to answer a health-related question, you consent to that answer being used to respond to your training enquiry. You can instead use the general contact form without answering a weight-related question. Any exercise screening that needs more sensitive information should be arranged privately with the relevant provider.

How we use and share enquiry details

We use the information to reply, discuss training arrangements and keep a record of the enquiry. Relevant details may be shared with a trainer who can respond to the service requested. Our email, hosting, security and enquiry-management providers process information as needed to deliver those functions. An enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing, and we do not sell your personal information.

Technical information and external services

Form submissions include the page address and a unique submission reference used to recognise duplicate attempts. A hidden spam field and, where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile help protect forms from automated abuse. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser details and request logs. If a third-party map is displayed, loading it also connects to that provider.

Service providers may process data outside Australia. The destination depends on the provider and service used; contact us for information about the handling of your enquiry. This website does not include advertising pixels or an analytics consent system in its supplied code.

Security and retention

Access to enquiry information is limited to the people and providers who need it for the stated purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, although no online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain records while needed for enquiries, service administration, disputes or legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them where practicable.
