Terms and conditions

Updated 19 September 2026.

These terms apply to bayswaterpersonaltrainers.com and enquiries made through Bayswater Personal Trainers. A booked training service is also governed by the agreement you make with the service provider.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information you are authorised to share. Do not interfere with its operation, submit malicious content or use the forms to send unsolicited messages. Website information describes training options and does not replace an individual discussion about suitability.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting a form asks us to respond; it does not reserve an appointment or require you to buy a package. Confirm the trainer, venue, time, duration and scope of the session before attending. A trainer’s profile does not guarantee availability for a particular service or time.

Introductory sessions and fees

Where a free first session is advertised, confirm eligibility, availability, duration and inclusions with the provider. Later sessions are subject to the price and terms agreed before booking. Ask whether travel, venue access or equipment costs apply. No specific ongoing price or cancellation charge is created by these website terms.

Changes and cancellations

The provider’s service agreement should state the notice required to cancel or reschedule and any applicable charges. Review those terms before paying. If an appointment cannot proceed, discuss the available alternatives directly with the provider.

Exercise information and individual needs

General exercise information is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Tell your trainer about relevant limitations through an appropriate private screening process and seek qualified healthcare advice where needed. Exercise outcomes differ; no particular weight change, performance result or timescale is guaranteed by this website.

NDIS enquiries

Do not assume a listed service can be paid for with NDIS funds. Confirm eligibility, provider requirements, the support item and invoicing arrangements against your plan and current rules before booking. Personal training and clinical exercise services are different services.

Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. We do not require you to waive statutory consumer guarantees by using this website.

Content and external links

Website text, design and images are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may use the site for personal enquiries; other reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder. External sites operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Contact and updates

Questions about these terms can be sent to mail@bayswaterpersonaltrainers.com. We may revise these website terms, with changes shown on this page. A later website update does not itself change an existing paid service agreement.
